Step 2: Transcript Dynamics
From creating a ticket to getting your transcripts.
This step-by-step guide will guide you through the process of uploading your audio files for transcription.
1. Create a new Ticket
In the left side menu, locate the 'Transcripts' option. Simply click on the '+' sign to begin creating your ticket.

2. Set up ticket specifications
You will then be taken to a window where you will be asked to provide the specific details for your audio file.
Step 1: Transcript information
- Transcript Name
- Number of participants
- Source Language
- Target Language
The title desired for your Transcription.
Add the number of participants.
- Turnaround Time
- Triggering Content
- Add to Folder
In the 'Turnaround Time' section, you can select either standard or rush service to meet your specific transcription timeline needs.
Informs our transcriptionists in advance, allowing them to be mentally prepared for the material they will transcribe.
A folder will help you organise your data.
Step 2: Transcript Dynamics
- File Format
- Timestamps
- Strict Verbatim or Non-verbatim Transcription

Select this option if you need a different label per participant.
Step 3: Upload your Media File
- Select the option ‘Click to Upload or drag and drop’ and start uploading your recordings.
- You can add 1 or more files to associate with each request.
- If you do not wish your whole Audio to be transcribed, please select the checkbox ‘I want to set start/stop times for these media files.’ and set up the right time.
Step 4: Confirm your order
Review all your information and click on ‘Finish: Submit’ to submit your order.
3. Create a new Ticket or wait for your Ticket to be processed
- You can keep creating tickets with the same setup, create new ones from scratch, or simply wait for your tickets to be processed.
